Can a FlashBang injure the xiphoid process?
I recently took a pistol class and hope to get my permit and a gun for concealed carry. I would like to get a FlashBang holster. It connects to the middle strap between the cups and tucks under the cup. So the gun is sitting right at the base of the sternum. I was wondering if someone for example throws me face down on the ground and gets on top of me, could that break my xiphoid process, because the gun would be right on top of it?

Unfortunately, the answer is a serious yes.
It does depend onthe force used, both to 'throw you down' and the force when the person gets on top of you, but the probability is very high and likely.
