Is the current velocity and rate of acceleration of earth in relation to the site of the big bang known?

If so, what is it?

    Yes, it is known, and it is zero. Believe it or not, the site of the big bang was all over the whole Universe, simultaneously. There is no "site of the big bang", other than the whole Universe. The whole Universe IS the big bang.
