I have two spirit guides. How do I communicate with them? No internet toughies please. Serious replies only.?

You need focus, meditation is the best way i have found. Kind of like prayer. Meditate on the question you have, keep it simple, and give it time. They should apear again and give you an answer.

If you can't communicate with them, how do you know they are there? Obviously you cant seem them. If you cant communicate then they couldn't have told you they are there. How do you know?
