If we have to abide by the TOS and Community Guidelines, why don't the moderators?

If you are referring to the YA Staff, it is their site and they can do what they want. They have said in the past the rules do not apply to them. They have posted many things that would be violations for the rest of us. We are the moderators of the site, all users are the moderators.

There is no moderator. It's community moderators. YAT does not do petty reporting or chat reporting or any similar thing. It's the users reporting one another and per my knowledge they themselves can be reported if they do infraction too. They have no immunity either

Thats why reporter name isn't mentioned in violation email

The site is community moderated - which means every user is also a moderator.
