How to move the connected devices to blacklist?

I download the latest version of My WIFI Router. It showed there is blacklist feature. So I can block my neighbor from accessing my network, right? Could he still get connected because he know my WiFi password.

Your router's config/setup page should also list the devices and from there grab the MAC address. Mine also allows me to kick/block users.

You need to know their MAC address but yeah add his MAC address to the list and it will stop him permanently. Their address may be there or you need to enter it manually.
