Is there any way to get Army training manuals or Army regulations for free or cheap?

Update:

I'm in the Army and looking for physical copies.

    Every post will have a printing and publication office where you can order copies. Usually, they are distributed to units as needed. With the cost of printing, more distribution is done digitally. You can still get the hard copies, though.

    Go to http://armypubs.army.mil/ you should be able to open them up (PDF) and print them. Some of course you will not have access to unless you are in the Army (which I doubt) and have a clearance

    Many of them them are unclassified and you can find them with google.
