1. Deadpool. He can heal from almost anything.
2. The Justice League. They have more powerhouses, like Superman and Green Lantern, whereas the Avengers have more average heroes like Iron Man and Hawkeye.
3. Green Lantern. His ring allows him to create anything, all Novas helmet allows him to do is fly and shoot lasers.
4. Superman. He's stronger and faster.
5. Green Arrow. He has fought some of DCs best assassins, like Deathstroke and Deadshot, and came back victorious, some SHIELD agent wouldn't hurt him.
6. Wonder Woman. She's stronger and has better weapons.
7. Green Goblin. I don't think Joker would be laughing if Green Goblin blew his head off with a pumpkin bomb, or stabbed him with his glider.
8. Flash. He can run so fast he can run into the future, Quicksilver can barely break the speed of sound.
9. Iron Man. Not even Batman could survive getting blasted with lasers.
10. Black Canary. Not only is she just as skilled as Black Widow in hand to hand, she also has her screams.
11. Doctor Strange. He would just separate Fate from his helmet.
12. Captain America. Vibranium is stronger than steel.
13. AntMan. Atom can only shrink. AntMan can shrink AND control insects.
14. Mr. Fantastic. In addition to being stretchy, Reed Richards is a genius.
15. Catwoman. She has better training and more experience on the street.
16. Winter Soldier. He has a giant metal arm and some of the best weapons ever built by humans, Robin would die.
17. Supergirl. Any kryptonian can beat a kree human hybrid.
18. Aquaman. He would summon an entire army of sharks and whales to devour him.
19. Vision. I'm sure somehow Vision could start a flame. Also, Martian Manhunter couldn't read his mind, since Vision has none.
20. Darkseid. His omega beams would fry Thanos.

That's 9 for Marvel and 11 for DC. DC wins.
