Can two pregnancies be extremely different?
My first pregnancy, that I lost at 7.5 weeks, was rough. I was sick all the time, had food aversions to everything but two very specific things, was incredibly exhausted all the time, and starting at 3 weeks felt cramps and sharp pains. For some strange reason my head is telling me I m pregnant again but all I m feeling is dead tired and like I m always full and a weird butterfly/sick feeling sometimes. Can pregnancies differ so drastically or am I imagining things?

I think so because my last one i was so sick and threw up a lot , this time i just feel sore boobs , and i dont really want to eat rice im eating more fruits which i never do so it does feel completely different
