Computer stuck on first part of BIOS?

When I turn on my computer, this is all I get. It doesn't go any farther than here. Yesterday, it worked fine, then it wouldn't turn on, and now it turns on but does this.

Specs:

ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 motherboard

AMD FX 8320 Black Edition CPU

Please help! I've got a project due tomorrow and it's on my computer!

Try this, unplug the power cable from the computer. Then press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds. Release the power button and plug the power cable back into the computer. Try powering it on. If that does not work, unplug the computer and open up the case. Look on the motherboard for the CMOS battery (one of the flat coin types). Carefully remove that battery, wait about 30 seconds and then put it back in the motherboard. Close the case and plug the power cable back in. Try to power it on. If that did not work then you would need to find out what motherboard is in the computer and look for information from the manufacturer about resetting/recovering the BIOS.
