If a 16 year old has sex with a 20 year old than yes she can get pregnant. Of couse since the 16 year old is a child and the 20 year old is an adult the 20 year old would be jailed and have to register as a sex offender. Not to mention I would wonder about a 20 year old who was dating a 16 year old. They are both in different stages of their lives. The 16 year old is is in highschool thinking about college. The 20 year has a full time or in in college.

It's illegal and can be considered rape , I know a case where the parents didn't know she was dating a 19 year old and she was 16 and the boyfriend got put as a sex offender . And yes a 16 year old can get pregnant by a 20 year old . It doesn't matter what the age is ,she can get pregnant . My friend got pregnant at 13 by a 19 year old and had to get an abortion

Where are you? Some places the age of consent is 16 some 18. So... Yes to both of your questions but, while it's legal to date it might not be legal to have sex.
