I knew a girl named Aianna which is pronounced Ana, Another girl named Naeomie which is pronounced Naomi as the person above said, Xhesika as Jessica, I've Khloie as an interesting spelling for Cloe, Izobel as Isabelle, schlyer as Skyler,

A girl I briefly met had a name pronounced like "Kashton", but I can't even begin to respell it. I know it started with a Q and had an X in it, something totally ridiculous like Quiexton. I felt really bad, the spelling was complete nonsense!

My dad's middle name was supposed to be Dwayne. For some reason his parents spelled it Duyane. My grandmother was terribly ill for months after giving birth, so I choose to blame it on a high fever.:D
Dad had it legally changed later and never told them.

I have a friend who is named Michaela which you would think is pronounced like "Mi-KAY-la", right? Turns out, it's actually pronounced like "Mik-EL-a" That's about the weirdest one I know....
