how do you make mac and cheese really really thick, its always creamy I almost want it like a glob nothing helps?

    You are probably wanting baked mac and cheese. You make it like regular, then put it in a casserole dish, top with bread crumbs and shredded cheese, and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until the cheese gets melty and slightly brown.

    Are we talking a box of mac and cheese or homemade? For globby kraft use less milk/butter. For homemade use a thicker roux for your cheese sauce.

    I hate it creamy. Put chunks of cheese in it and bake it 20 minutes in the oven.

    Add more cheese. Seriously, just keep adding more cheese.

    Make the sauce really thick. Use less liquid.

    More flour, less milk.
