I Can No Longer Tolerate Carbs?

I've been eating low carb since summer, and recently I did the Buzzfeed Clean Eating Challenge. I've found that when I now eat carbs, i get extremely tired and have to sleep and feel sluggish for the rest of the day. I'm not complaining if its cutting calories, but is this okay?

how low carb exactly if its under 50 grams a day normally then yes the extra carbs is doing it if you normally eat between 50 and 150 grams then its probably something else what form did the extra carbs come in? and how many extra?

there is a barrier with low carb. if you get low enough you enter ketosis and your body switches over to burning fat which boosts energy. if you then eat too many carbs the body stops producing ketones(energy) and your energy levels soon after plummet till you eater a eat more carbs or b dont and the body slowly builds its reserves of ketones back up.

ketones are what the body produces to provide energy in the absence of carbs. they are produced from stored and consumed body-fat
