Should I upgrade my PC?

Hi guys! I m thinking about upgrading my PC. But I m not sure if it will be worth it or not.

My current rig is..

Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M LX PLUS

Processor: AMD FX(tm)-4170 Quad Core

PCU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 13

Graphics Card: GTX 680

RAM: G.Skill Value DDR3 8GB(1) and 4GB(1)

Soundcard: Xonar Essence STX

PSU: Rosewill 630-Watt Green Series 80 PLUSS

Monitor: Asus VG248QE

Windows 7 Ultimate

And I m thinking of upgrading to..

Casing: NZXT Phantom 820

Motherboard: ASUS MAXIMUS VII HERO

Processor: Intel I7 4790K

Cooler: Noctua NH-D15

Graphics Card: Asus GTX 980 Matrix

Soundcard: Xonar Essence STX(From my current rig)

RAM: Will use my current one

PSU: Corsair AX860i 860W

SSD and HDD: Will use my current one.

Windows 8.1 Pro

What do you guys think? Will you do the upgrade if you re in my position?

    Upgrade the GPU of your current PC to the GTX980. Then remove the 4Gb RAM and replace with another 8Gb.This will enable dual channel features of the RAM.
