How do I avoid the friend zone with this guy?
So I'm friends with this guy and all of friends constantly talk about how cute we would look together. And recently I realized I like him. The thing is, he's really awkward, especially around girls. I can't tell if I'm friend zoned or he's to awkward to do anything or take a hint. I've sat on his lap before and that's as far as I've gotten past the touch barrier, which I think is pretty good. He wouldn't dance with me at a party we both went to recently though. We talk often in a group chat and during lunch. He's never at school before it starts and he's always studying after school so I'm not sure how to get closer to him outside of lunch. So how can I get closer and avoid the "friend zone" with an awkward guy who is always busy before and after school? HELP!!!!!!!!!!

The only way to stay away from friendzone with an awkward guy is Flirting and making it obvious .lol
Trust me I always find myself falling for awkward guys who are so Hot .! but they never ask me out :/ they are so bussy doing other things they dont have time for gf .
Well my advice is just flirt with him . poke his tummy and laugh a lot around him .Compoiment him . if you are friends in social media like Facebook or Instagram Like his pics and comment on there flirty things like. "Hottie , marry me Nowww ;) lol"

&when u are texting to him use a lot of emojis hearts etc. and even invite him to the movies or something and hang out with him .During lunch flirt wirh him sit with him Touch him alot. . trust me with awkward guys is so hard you have to make it 10x Obvious lol .but lots of fun bc they are so silly ;)

guys dont friend zone girls like the way a girl will a guy. they only friendzone girls they think are ugly. so hes probably just awkward keep it up possibly make the first move. ask him to go to a movie or something. some guys dont dance me included so i wouldnt think anything of that.
