Can you help with 1996 Ford Taurus brake problem?

Driver side rear brake is stuck. It's not the emergency brake. There is no movement of the caliper when you press the brake pedal and the brake pedal is really hard.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Known as floating calipers they slide on pins which double as the mounts. This is because they only have one piston on the inboard side. Corrosion sets in and you wind up with a frozen caliper, look it up. Then look for replacement calipers for BOTH wheels and bleeding instructions.
