After kicking me out, sleeping on a couch for 2 weeks, getting my own place buying my own furniture restarting my life she is encroaching by trying to come over constantly making explicit certain innuendos and promising to change. Three important details she scratched up my car when we split, called the police to have my property removed and we have a child together I feel like uses our child as reasons she needs to come over or see me. I just want to move on but maybe she does not because of the need for emotional attachment or just does not want to be alone? I don't want to string her along but I feel like telling her to go off would be like setting off a bomb...

Well here is what u should do. First off, u should take her to court for custody battle. Meaning who is a fitable parent for the kid. If u are, then u are entitled to getting full custody. From the sounds of this, her calling the cops on u and her scratching ur car is a sign that she is crazy and that u seriously need to recommend her to get committed and change for herself before she even thinks about wanting to take care of her kid.

You have to make a choice. It is always a good idea to keep a family together if it is possible when there is a child involved. Sit her down and ask her if she will go to family counseling with you. She won't change without canceling. If she won't do counseling then tell her she needs to move on and yall can go to mediation for custody and child support for the child.

i would say move on people that say try to work it out for the child are idiots. whats better two parents who live sepereately but happy or to people that hate eachother and create a toxic enviroment for the child to grow up in
