Age old question that is argued between dietitians everywhere.. Is it true?
I love chocolate... Everyday for afternoon tea I eat about 1300kj (300cal) snack.
It usually is.. Say:
- muesli bar and up and go
- crackers with cheese
- nut bar and yogurt
If I were to have a chocolate bar (1100-200kj) a day INSTEAD of what I usually have...

Okay. golden rule to losing weight. Burn more calories than you consume, and you will lose weight. So if you eat that chocolate every day and don't want to gain weight from it, burn those calories back off. If you eat the chocolate everyday and do nothing but sit around, you will undoubtedly gain weight.
