1) I actually think both of those names are beautiful and actually sound quite nice for sisters, especially with the nicknames Genny and Eva!

2) I would choose Evangeline Grace. I think it flows a bit better than Genevieve Lucia, and I actually think it sounds a bit softer.

4) Ella sounds really cute for a small child, and Elisa sounds nice for a teenager or adult. My favorite nickname would have to be Lisa though!

1. They are pretty similar, but if the children go by nicknames more often (Say Gen and Eva) then it wouldn't be too bad.

No not too similar, they go really well together!
