The movie was based on a true story about a secret government experiment to trap a soul/ghost in a room after a person dies?
I seen it a couple of years ago. I don't think the movie is too old
They trapped the soul in the beginning of the movie in what looked to be a faraday cage or some sort of an electromagnetic glass cage
