How will Jehovah's Witnesses react to changes that allowing blood transfusions?
http://www.theguardian.com/uk/2000/jun/15/stephenb...
Especially many JW's that died because of these beliefs. Now getting a blood transfusion doesn't result in instant disfellowshipping, this will be traumatic for some of them.

They will accept it, no matter how it changes. They put that much stock in what the human leaders say. They think it comes from God. News flash - it doesn't. That much is obvious to anyone not completely indoctrinated and mind-controlled.
The concern is with those that have died, the families of the ones who died, and the ones who were DF'd for having a transfusion. I cannot imagine the massive amount of pain this will cause while so many have suffered in multiple ways until the GB decides to change their minds AGAIN.

I think the governing body hides fearfully in their ivory towers praying every day for a true blood substitute so this will be come a non-issue. Funny, their only hope of avoiding financial self destruction through lawsuits will come through science and modern medicine... If they're lucky! (oops I mean if they're "fortunate")

As with all doctrinal/procedural changes handed down from their human leaders at Watchtower headquarters, Jehovah's Witnesses will adjust and obey without question, eyes glazed over, spittle hanging from chin, as they claim their new-found belief came from their own personal bible study.
Occasionally these changes shake loose a few more minds from their cultish slumber, but the masses will move robotically forward in their unquestioning loyalty to the men who spoon-feed them their faith, a seamless transition from "old truth" to "new truth" as they scurry about distributing Watchtowers for salvation.
