I was reported for spanking my 4 year old son. The police arrived to the place we were at as we were leaving. He did not turn on his lights or in any way ask me to stop. I, being a courteous driver waited for him to pass so I could leave. He parked his cruiser where I could not go anywhere. At this time I knew he was there for me, even though he still had done nothing to show this was so. (i.e turn on lights, wave for me to wait, etc.) I set my vehicle in park set my hands on the wheel and waited for him to approach my vehicle.

He immediately asked me to step out of the vehicle. I asked what i had done? he refused to answer and forcefully told me to "get out of the vehicle now!" He did not want my 4 year old to hear our conversation. I again asked why and what was going on and was I being charged with something.. He said "yes" i was being charged with something" and threaten to arrest me for failure to co-operate and impeding an officer if I did not step out of the vehicle.

I turned my car off and put my keys in my pocket. (At this time I was upset that he refused me my rights to know what I was being charged with and slowed my co-operation.)

He proceeded to question me about what was going on.

By this time I knew someone had seen me spank my son and reported a child abuse case. it was the only logical explanation.

He asked me if I spanked my son. I told him darn right i did. He asked me why. I explained that he had released the hook on my camera equipment case spilling my camera and lenses onto the concrete. (An action that could have been damaging and extremely costly). He asked me how did I spank the child. I told him I spanked him 3 swats to the bottom. He asked me a second time, how did i spank the child. I told "again" 3 swats to the bottom.

He began questioning me about drugs, driving history, arrest record and other things, still not voicing what i was being charged with.

He then asked me to step over to his cruiser, at which point he went to talk with my 4 year old son.....alone... (i'm not positive but isn't there supposed to be a child welfare worker or another adult present when interrogating an minor?) and he did not have my permission to question the child.

While questioning my son he saw that I had a pocket knife in my door caddy. He asked why i had the knife and began to question me about drugs weapons and other illegal substances.. I told him i did not give him permission to search my car, he informed me "he did not need my permission to search my car"...

At this point I was tired of being interrogated and had enough of trying to keep my civil rights. As I was doing nothing wrong and had no reason to not co-operate, I then told him to "just search the stupid car, I was hiding nothing, just get it done with".

Another officer had joined the scene during the beginning but had said and done nothing but watch. When the original officer took my license to check my record the other officer (a very nice gentlemen actually) asked me what was going on and why the original officer was ticketing me. (((( HELLO)))) I replied to the 2nd officer that i did not know, and then it occurred to me the only thing he possibly could ticket me for was failure to have my child in a car seat.

The original officer issued the ticket and told me I was 'free to go'... but would have to walk home and get a car seat, I was not allowed to drive.

Here's my question: were my rights violated when the officer asked me to step out of the car and detained me without telling me why?

and were my sons rights violated when he was interrogated without another adult present? (and without my consent).

and: were my rights violated when the officer looked in my door and found the pocket knife? (would this be searching without permission or probable cause?)

I understand that when you post photos on facebook it automatically gives right to facebook to use those photos.. i also heard that there is a loophole.. a way to 'opt out' of this so they can not take your professional work.. can anyone tell me how to do this?

To be Satanists or followers of Satan for opportunity to do bad things and blame it on Him stop using Him as scapegoat? You know for a fact that you are doing that stuff because YOU WANT TO and you use Satan as the goat because uninformed christian sheep tell you it is ok to blame Him.. If a single mother of a boy does not get cozy with her son (meaning: they don;t snuggle to watch movies or give "lovins" all the time) sort of keeps him at a distance.............. do you think that as an adult this will make him more loving and clingy with his spouse or do you think this will cause him to be more closed off and less loving?

I keep seeing all these teenage boys wearing girls pants. Skinny jeans they call em. WTF? Besides the fact that they look a bunch of homosexuals (wouldn't want to offend any ones illness) :| don;t they know that keeping their boys that tight all the time can cause serious problems?! Is it better that they are wearing these "skinny jeans" so they can't procreate in the future?? What are your thoughts?

He is disciplined and he certainly does NOT get his way when he throws a fit about what he wants. Is this just a stage he is going through or is there something I maybe need to change?

He is very intelligent and It is difficult to keep him interested in something once has it figured out. I can not afford to buy him new stuff all the time. We are learning signing together and he is learning that so well he is starting to get bored with that too. I try to keep the tv off but it seems to be the only thing that will hold his attention. S

So how do I help him understand that throwing fits is not ok and do you have some Ideas to help me keep him entertained? Thanks :)

Shouldn't other religion be treated the same? I mean, as a Satanist witch, Why don't I get to write off my tools of worship? And why does the church of Satan have to pay taxes on it's income? And Wiccans and all other religions should get to claim the same right as christians. So why can't we?

So I have always had these conspiracy theory problems. Like thinking people ar talking about me when they are not, at least not to say anything bad.

I find that I am angry like all the time lately and if I don't get what I want I like freak out on my BF.

And Then I turn it to what I want and my thoughts and needs and completely lose sight of his thoughts and needs.

Obviously I am trying to find a counselor I can afford, but I am just not sure what I can do in the meantime to save my relationship and let him know that it matters to me to treat him the right way like he deserves.

What can I do since he has already been so beyond understanding and forgiving with me to keep him while I go through dealing with this, so we can both have happy lives together?

And we turned over rocks and caught minnows so I brought them home and dumped them in my tank cause they were guna die anyways. My BF say it is illegal to keep them but I couldn't find anything in the laws that is specific. I found a thing that says it is not common for people to do this but it does not say illegal.

So we ended up with 2 crappie, 1 bass, 5 channel cat, and 1 sucker. So can I keep them? My dad kept wild fish in our tank when we were kids but that was years ago.

It seems no one remembers how to be young anymore. I mean, so your 900 years old. So what, that mean you can't play and tease and have fun. well, there is no easy way to put this and still keep it clean enough for public but I will try.

If you and your girl had a really great sexual relationship, like open and talk about everything, would you be hurt or offended if in a gentle manner she made a suggestion of how to change the way you pleasure her in a certain way so it would be more pleasureful for her. Ok, so I have been seeing this guy for a lil over a year. And we get along well in almost every area. We don't have any big disagreements and so far every thing we have fought about has been resolved within a short time. Th longest we went without speaking was 5 days.

So, over the last two weeks he seems to be getting more and more distant. And today he would sort of talk to me but it seemed like he was avoiding me. Sometimes he is too busy or whatever and I totally get that, but today was different, like he really either did not want to talk to me or he was actually trying to make me mad. I dealt with it all day and kinda just shrugged it off because I know he has had a pretty rough week. (we work at the same place). But normally he will say good bye to me or talk a little before he goes home and today he didn't. At all. It seems like he is trying to start a fight. Why would he do this? I don't get mad at him very often and I try to be understanding and give him space and all that, but this was out of the ordinary rude and hurtful.

Why would he start this and what should I do? should I just quit talking to him or tell him off? I really feel like going off on him about it, but I really don't like doing that. What are your mature thoughts?

Not okay, not because it's disgusting or gross, (although some people are probably gross naked). But because of the thoughts it puts into other peoples heads. It causes thoughts of fornication.

Those of you who think everyone should run around naked, what do you do when someone approaches you and starts touching and mauling you? They want to have sex with you and you say no, but your naked and easy prey so they take it anyway...... What about child molesters. How many times you hear about child molesters in schools and churches?
