The plant shown in the image included with the question looks like a Dracaena deremensis, which includes the plant varieties Warneckii Lemon Lime and Janet Craig.

The lighter margins on the leaves shown in the image are wider than those normally seen on a Dracaena reflexa but the two plants are extremely similar in appearance.
