Losing stomach and backfat?

My main concern is my stomach and back fat I hate it

Is there anything I can do at home

Lose it without going to

The gym n not using any equipment

    like everyone stated above, cardio, you cant just lose fat in a certain area. you need to lose weight which will eventually get smaller overtime. plus diet is the most important 80% diet 20% exercise.

    2. Get to the gym and "use equipment."

    3. Calorie deficit and cardio

    Just go to the gym and get on a bike for 45 minutes and don't put junk in your body, and count your calories.

    You cannot spot reduce fat, meaning you can't lose fat in one specific area of your body. Do some research into how fat loss works (calorie deficit) and then make the necessary changes to your lifestyle in terms of diet and exercise.
