What does this notation mean? Partil derivatives?

F^2xy where the xy is subscript. Is this the partial derivative of f with respect to x and then differentiated again with respect to y? Someone tell me if this is right please!

Is it f^2 xy , where xy is the subscript? Then it is the partial derivative of f with respect to x and then differentiated again with respect to y.
