How do I make this burn(courtesy of the toothpaste acne method) on my face disappear quickly?

So I thought that since I was using toothpaste, my acne would disappear. I know. In hindsight it was a stupid idea. Definitely won't be doing that ever again.

The first time I tried it, it want exactly effective, so I tried again. The second and third time it burned and instead of taking it off, I thought it was a sign that our was working. How I have this dry burn on the right side of my check next to my lip. Some parts of it are so dry that it's peeling by itself. What should and shouldn't I do to speed this process up? If possible please recommend anything besides aloe, coconut oil/butter, coco butter or chemicals. Thank you!
