So my cousin got a wart and he was screaming about how it would kill him or his foot would fall off or something. Can it kill him? I don’t really like him very much and it wouldn’t be so bad without him.

Nope. Warts are VERY common and VERY transmissible. He's not going to die.
Tell him to get some wart freeze off spray from Walmart.

You don't like him, he don't like you. He got wart. Whats the problem. How will his death affect you then. What difference does it make if he dies due to warts or heart attack
