Where can we report a near miss incident of a car that almost hit us as we got the plate number of that particular car?
My wife & I were driving along Highway 10 towards Fraser Highway in Langley, British Columbia. As we crossed 200 Street, a silver car larger than our vehicle suddenly veered toward us at the outer lane & almost hit us on the right rear side. Good thing the inner lane was vacant & so I veered toward the inner lane to avoid being hit. The other car just entered Willowbrook Mall from Highway 10. Just want to know what agency could we report the incident as my wife was shaken?

There's no point. Someone almost hitting you didn't hit you and there's nothing to be done.

You can report it to anybody you want to. Since there was no collision, nothing will come of it. If the police investigated every report of a near miss on the road, they wouldn't have time for anything else.

You can report near misses at the local almost got hit office.

Anywhere you want, because it won't matter.
The police aren't going to investigate an accident that almost happened, because an accident that almost happened is an accident that didn't happen. Cops don't spend a lot of time investigating stuff that didn't happen.
Almost having an accident is like almost having sex.

And people wonder why it takes forever to get a police response when there is an actual accident, or emergency...
You can try, but I doubt they are going do anything as responses to domestic violence, actual accidents, property crimes, etc kind if takes priority over an almost accident with one witness...

NO WHERE. The police aren't interested in "almost", only actual collisions.

They didn't do anything illegal so there's no point of tattling; nothing will be done for anyone.
