Is there a forum where I can play a Dungeons & Dragons game?

I'm looking for something like a daily or weekly correspondence. It might sound boring, but it fits my lifestyle. My fiance and I are interested in playing Dungeons & Dragons, but don't want to do anything on Skype or anything in person. We have the dice we need and are interested in purchasing a Player's Handbook for the convenient edition that a Dungeon Master recommends.

    There used to be a lot of D&D games running on Yahoo! Groups years ago, but I don't know if they still stand.

    Paizo.com and Boardgame Geek are usually many games, as are other smaller boards like Sufficient Velocity
