PLEASE HELP! Something small is coming out of my butthole, uncomfortable feeling I tried pushing it back up but It won't go back up?

I was constipated yesterday and noticed it afterward, is it a hemmorhoid or partial rectal prolapse? I don't want to go to the doctor so how can I fix it at home? it felt better after I tried pushing it back up multiple times but its still there will it go back up by itself?

    It's probably a hemorrhoid. they have ointments for it at a pharmacy

    Take warm baths and gently push it back it inside. It will eventually get smaller and disappear back inside.
