frequent modem/ router issues?
most of the time, it will fail at least once a day but as of late, i have to go unplug both of them to reset and thnen reload it all. what could the issue be?

Your modem/router is either broken, overheating, being ddosed (Denial of Service Attack) or failing due to high number of concurrent connections that your router cannot handle.

it was rated for the number of computers that are in use but i have been insisting that he call about it.
