No it isn't. Separation of church and state means no church makes laws, the state dose. Who is forcing churches to wed gay couples ? No one is. A couple can claim that their rights are being violated, if they can't get married in a church. But it dosen't work.

Who's forcing chrurches to wed gay couples? Being married in a church does not make a marriage legal, that little piece of paper called a license from the state, makes a marriage legal. Getting married in a church without a state licence, is not a legal marriage.

No One is forcing churches to marry gay couples. That was never in the plan and does not happen. Gays will have secular ceremonies or have religious ceremonies performed by churches who support gay marriage such as Unitarian Universalism, United Church of Christ and even Episcopalian, I believe, among others.

No church has been forced to perform or recognize a gay marriage. They are just pissed because they can't stop secular marriage or marriage within the many churches that have no problem with it.

Asking the church to validate a gay union is like a black man seeking validation in the KKK. They need to understand the absurdity of this!

Nobody is forcing church to marry gays I'm sure they would do it. If not gay people can marry at court!

I'm sorry, what church has been "forced" to marry anyone? Could you provide some details?
