Can a cold cause feeling dizzy, never-ending fatigue ,foggy thinking and vertigo?
I haven't coughed or have anything come out of my nose but it's stuffed solid and my throat has constant post nasel drip.
I feel weak and doing anything feels so exhausting, even typing this.

For vertigo try this. flat on a bed, knees up, roll body fast to left side and turn head into mattress. hold for 30 seconds to let the floaters settle through the fluid, or until it stops. roll fast to right and hold. roll to back. if it seems to still be there, repeat, right to left
