How do men really feel about women in the workplace?
Are there different feelings of women in the workplace based on rather the woman is in a leadership role or in a subordinate role?

I just think the primary purpose of women is to be mothers; and the primary purpose of men is to be fathers. I think the workplace gets in the way for motherhood; and that it is the modern "hunting ground" for fatherhood. For reasons I'll state later, women unnecessarily in the workplace cause a dilution of the "hunting ground" for the father, making him worth less.
I think feminist preaching that motherhood should be secondary to career for women is harmful to society in a variety of ways. For one, we are raising terrible human beings. Children are being raised without the proper maternal weaning. And they grow through adolescence learning less about familial sacrifice but more about selfish and narcissistic independence.
Another problem is the bleak outlook of our economy and purchasing power. More women in the workforce translates to lower productivity levels. This combined with the fact that our job marketability is lower due to the fact that women enter at lower wage levels, means that our paychecks are becoming less and less powerful. This feeds the notion that we need two incomes to "survive." We are creating a mess that doesn't have to be made.
Then there is the whole juxtaposition between male and female colleagues. Women and men think differently. Men are more competitive and tend to rule out emotion to win goals. For many women this is abrasive. Women tend to be more sensitive. The clash between styles of management oftentimes leads to many headaches in the workplace.

Men don't listen to women. there have been countless instances where I have said something, been dismissed, then a man says the exact same thing, and he's praised. you can say that sort of thing doesn't happen, but I experience it first hand all the time.
The answerers here show how men really think. and people say sexism doesn't exist lmao

I work in an office for a major fortune 500 company in central London. I can confirm based on my experience that my own views as a female and the views of other female colleagues are viewed in contempt by our male colleagues. When a female colleague expresses a strong opinion on a matter it makes the men visibly uncomfortable. In a meeting they will flinch and pause. 'Yeah, sounds good Julie, thanks but I think we'll stick with Jim's approach to maximise x y z'. Of course that's their diplomatic way of putting it during work hours. I've heard what they really think about women when they're all at the pub after work. Bastards.

Look at Julia gillards role in leadership every excuse she had was the sexist card.
But if chicks don't pull that card in the workplace it's a pleasant place .

They're kind of annoying and lazy. Like you have to pick up their slack. No offense.
