Temp Job.?

I recently started working for a job that was originally a weekend Temp. job but because I am new being hired here and it being a temp. job, they decided to give me full-time work (Tuesday - Sunday), and I am off Mondays and Thursdays. I am struggling on the inside about whether I should actely be looking and take a new job if offered one or if I should stick with the company I am with and hope they have another position within the company I can apply for. What do you think I should do? In addition, should I include this job on my resume if I apply to more jobs?

It never hurts to look. But in my experience, companies who want to bring people on permanent do so at the earliest possible time (which is typically 3 months). If after 3-4 months they still haven't brought you on permanent, they are never going to.

This is not a reflection on you. It's just that the companies don't have any interest in increasing full-time head count.

With the job market as it is, if they are giving you Full Time, think long and hard about Keeping It! You can still look around on your days off, but do not leave the one before you have the other.
