cpu is on, but it does not work?
The fan runs rapidly, but my cpu won't work. I can charge my phone with no problem. My uncle was replacing the switches at the house, so he turned off all the electricity while the computer was running. When I try to turn it back on, the cpu runs, the light in front of the power button would not light up.

Hmmm are you sure it is the cpu? If you take your computer to currys they can test it.
