Sound coming out of speakers and through headphones, Windows 8?

I just got a new headset for gaming, a Razer Kraken Pro. When I use TeamSpeak the audio plays through my headset. But when I play games or any other audio it comes through my speakers. I've explored all the options and nothing seemed to fix it please help! I'm using an HP Pavillion Laptop with Windows 8.1

That tells me that you selected the headset within Teamspeak but you haven't selected the headset within your Windows sound settings output option in control panel.

Check your sound output device in control panel sound options. Make sure you select the headset as the main sound output source.

Basically, go into sound settings and dig around there. Disable all devices EXCEPT your headset. To get to sound, right click the lower-left corner if your screen, get into Control Panel (the full one, not the settings app). Then in there go into Sound and disable everything except your headset. Then restart your computer and you're good. If I solved your problem, please consider giving me Best Answer :)
