Yeah actually, Happiest in the kitchen, you are a prime candidate for that because you are obviously an idiot. I'm genuinely not trying to be offensive. I am simply stating a fact which I'm sure, based on your own proclaimed moral fortitude, you'd accept.
You answered my question on a dog situation after I had deleted the very account it was posted under! It already had a nominated answer. Not only that, you didn't even bother to read my question properly and provided the same incorrect answer others had already provided (like a total sheep bah, bah).
So in conclusion, you shouldn't blame yahoos system for your own mental deficiencies and lack of intelligence. You're inability to gauge a situation and not think for yourself is on par with a small child. You are intellectually stunted and need to learn how to read things properly before opening your big mouth (or hypothetical tip-tapping fingers in this case). A nominated answer is always at the top, directly below the question.
You can't delete answers any more because yahoo restructured and revised their website. You have supposedly been a member for 8 years and haven't noticed this!? That would be funny if it weren't so tragic. Someone wake this idiot up. My advice: Stay in the Kitchen and stay in America. Again, I am not trolling, I am just being brutally honest and blunt. You are an idiot, you make yahoo answers what it is, please accept this fact.
This IS the correct answer btw (Oh and you're welcome!)

A change made by Y!A quite a while back made it so that no question is closed. As long as a question hasn't been deleted, it can be answered, no matter the number of other answers or if a best answer has been chosen. This was done to help solve the issue of an old outdated or just incorrect best answer, since no one is notified of comments, but the asker can be notified of new answers. It has proven to be quite a boon for spammers and other chronic violators who use those old questions as dumping ground for their posts with little threat of getting deleted since few people go to those older questions, and fewer still keep those questions cleaned up of such trash.
As for deleting questions, you can still delete your question, but only up to the point that your question get its first answer. This change was done to help handle the issue of people asking a question, getting answers, and then deleting the question to deny the work done on the answer, especially in the case of homework help. This also helps the problem of less people answering because they had to wonder if the asker would just delete the question and get rid of the work they put into their answer.

Yahoo made some changes over a year ago, now even questions that have Best Answers chosen for them can continue to be answered so technically they can't be considered resolved or closed anymore. As far as deleting questions goes, we can now only self delete our questions if they have no answers, once they get their first answer the option to delete is removed from the edit button. Yahoo made these changes so that the database would look bigger and more attractive to advertisers who, in all fairness, do pay their bills which allows us to use this site for free.

In both cases basically just because yahoo decided to go their usual route and screw up this site some more.
Also yahoo made these changes over a YEAR ago so I guess that shows the last time you were on here
