wouldnt you rather invest 10percent of your income, than give that 10percent to a church?

    Actually, I invest 13% of my income. Mostly in large cap stocks but some small cap and international stocks too. Not so much in bonds at the moment but I suspect another mini depression in the next two years or so, So I will likely transition into a more bond heavy portfolio by first quarter of 2017

    Yes. There's more of a chance of a return of investment and churches get more than enough funding already.

    10% to God is an investment, 10% to any church is a gamble.

    10 % to Church is very small indeed as to what one receives for it.

    Kick Mormonism to the curb! Mormonism will crumble within a couple of decades because of it historic inaccuracies and racism that lies within the religion.
