Vermelhidão e coceira no penís?

Meu prepucio esta vermelho e coçando. É como uma mancha, dura uns três dias e depois some. Estou usando Bepantol e ela ajuda mas depois de uma semana acaba voltando.     pode ser fungos e será preciso comparecer ao médico usar cuecas só de algodão. não pode compartilhar toalhas de banho.
