weight gain?

I'm 24 weeks 4 days preg with identical twins. I know total weight gain is a average of 35-40 pounds. I'm not worried but I've only gained 11 pounds. With my singleton pregnancy I only gained 20. I'm 5'8 and 164 to start. I didn't look 164 by the way. I've always been slim.
