I got a tatto one week ago and I'm worried it's not healing right?
I understand it's going to scab and heal but in certain areas it looks like there's no ink where when I originally got the tattoo it was connected and pretty. I haven't scratched it or hit it I've been very careful. When it heals will it look nice again because right now it looks like the scabs are cracking and separating and that it's going to look bad after it heals. It's my first tattoo and I just want to make sure it's ok.

It looks fine to me, it's all part of the healing process. Some parts have that milky faded look which is normal when new skin is growing over the ink, once it's fully healed the ink should pop again like it did when it was freshly done. If you have some places where the ink didn't take, just go back to the shop to get it touched up, they should it for free or discounted price.
