Generated by the game? Easily 500 (I have a similar build computer and that's what I get). Actually seen? 60/120/144 depending on your monitor.

More than enough and you don't need a high end Gfx for mc people play it because they can acheive over 60 fps with a average laptop

You would get well over 60 FPS, but unless you have a 120/144hz monitor you will be capped at 60FPS until you get a monitor that can handle it.
