High School DXD. The main charector sorta has dragonic powers I guess. There's also a lot of boobs in it.

anyways...
1. Owari no Seraph, kind of similar except the transformation sort of evolves around choosing the perfect weapon that possesses the power to exterminate the vampires...
2. Sorry, I can only think of Fairy Tail for this one. You don't have to start it. Actually...you don't want to cuz it's so long.
3. This is not military, but it's hilarious, and about guns and survival games: Aoharu x Kikanjuu, and Sabagebu
4. my sincerest apologies but I don't really watch mecha except for code geass
5. I don't know if you have watched these yet:
Full Metal Alchemist, or Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood (the bloodier, follow the manga type)
Death Parade (psychological thrills, was mainstream, well liked)
