Is this guy a keeper?

I'm planning on dating this guy (both of legal age) but he's super far from me (I'm moving down there for college) and so he says that waiting a month more for me is worth it. We already planned some things out like what we're going to do when I get there and he wanted to see me as soon as I arrived. He is willing to be patient with me because he knows that I'm a virgin... He always was concerned with me if anything happens (he wants me to be ready before we move to the next step) and I asked him why he doesn't want to be with other girls who are already there and he said I was the best (I told him that I thought I wasn't good enough for him) and he said that I'm it and he's made up his mind... I can believe his sincerity but I dunno how I feel yet... Is he a keeper since I already have him?

Spend some time with him, get to know him better and then see if he's a keeper or not. The fact that he's willing to wait with sex but otherwise is eager to see you are good signs. If things work out however nobody can tell. Relationships need nourishment, commitment, and communication to make it work. You're off to a good start and it's up to the both of you to keep it that way and make it better.

So don't prepare everything just yet. That's only setting yourself up for disappointments later on. Take it one step at the time and see where it leads you. In time your feelings will become more clear and you will know if he's a keeper or not.

Take it slow and over time either he will show his true colors and not be the person you thought he was or he will continue to be this awesome guy.
