does the private part of men get longer as they grow?

Question

So I help my little brother when he uses the bathroom. So I wipe his genital after he pees. So obviously i have to look at it. No I don't look at it or stare at it on purpose, but I'm obviously gonna see it since I take him to the bathroom.
But it's so short! I always see stuff on the Internet(not intentionally) regarding how long men's genitals are etc. And I was just wondering, do genitals get longer from childhood go adulthood? Or are some people's genitals really that short?
Again, please don't take this the wrong way. I'm not purposely staring at my brother's genitals. It was just a thought I decided to ask about.. thanks

The male genitals do not change much in size from toddler until puberty begins.  So yeah little boys are tiny down there.  Only purpose now is to urinate and they don't need anything special to do that.   Once puberty begins the testicles grow rapidly, produce testosterone and the penis develops rapidly as well. So a boy of 11 can go from a tiny set of gear to man sized by 14 or 15- -averaging 5 to 6 inches for most men.

Yes. Assuming your little brother hasn't hit puberty yet, it will start to grow once he's in Middle School. Then by 18 his penis size will be about 5.6 inches long or more.
