Well, an anxiety attack or panic attack you would usually become very dramatic and over react and have trouble breathing and sometimes begin to cry uncontrollably etc. This doesn't sounds like one, but you may have been caused an minor anxiety attack because of your wrist thing, which may be paranoia,obsessive compulsive disorder, or something. And that little 'problem' you have with your wrist, may have just made you distressed. Maybe go to your local doctor and tell them the way you'vee been feeling, they will have a better idea than most people on here. Good luck

It won’t be possible to completely eradicate all stress from our lives but by being able to handle stress using meditation to still the mind and focus on anything we want we will feel less overwhelmed by stress. Meditation re-establishes our inner peace and harmony. Seek and find larger periods of time to give yourself the luxury of a longer period of meditation.
Moreover, do the obvious things such as making sure you are eating healthily and getting enough sleep and exercise. Use every opportunity to engage in laughter – hire a comedy DVD if this helps, or join a laughter club. Remember to create balance in your life – especially between studies/work and leisure

Watch something funny to lighten your mood. Comedy is good medicine to help with depression.
