Fog lights only work when button is held down relay won't hold. After market product?

Got one of those eBay fog light kits which don't come with instructions so I connected switch wire from park lights and other from battery to relay. Relay is a four prong type.

    I doubt you hooked it up correctly. What you explained makes no sense to me. I have no idea how you hooked up all the wires.

    I am aware of the basic diagram however the relay does noes not identify it's terminals so I have to guess.
