You can do that if the school allows part-time (most do, some don't) but you can't use financial aid to pay for more than one college at a time. You'd have to pay for the other on your own.

You can be part time at a university if that university allows. Usually those cases will be more for graduate students but sometimes undergrad students can be part time too. If you're part time at a university theres nothing stopping you from taking courses at a community college.
