Sharp pain under left arm?

A week ago at work I experienced a jolt of pain in my neck, a few minutes afterwards I noticed my left collar bone was jutting out a little further than my right. I was worried but there didn t seem to be any pain at the time and I figured it would move back in place eventually (I know, that s stupid right?). Well, it s been about a week or so and now suddenly there this sharp pain under my left arm (more towards the back near the ribs) that occurs every time it gets touched just right. My collar bone is still protruding a little and I m wondering what the hell this could be?

I was going to see a doctor soon anyways, but I d like to know if anybody else might have some ideas about this? Maybe someone s been through this kind of thing?

Your collar bone hasn't changed. You just noticed it because of the pain.

There are many things that can cause pain like that, and I can't differentiate without a physical exam. Your doctor will take care of you.
